Every batch is sourced from small farms who take pride in their work, their coffee beans, and the unique flavors that they hold.

We work closely with the Consulate General of Indonesia to guarantee that we are importing coffee that protects Indonesia’s natural resources and while buying directly from and compensating farmers fairly.

“Monsooning”: The process of transporting green coffee to the Malabar coastal city of Mangalore to be spread out on large covered patios where the coffee can slowly absorb moisture, causing it to swell and turn white. It is then placed in warehouses where it is constantly moved until the moisture is reduced to 11% for exportation.
